8. Timeslot Scheduling

Timeslot Scheduling questions can be categorized into two types: Personal Calendar and Team Calendar. In Personal Calendar questions, the focus is on scheduling four tasks into your own working calendar. These questions typically involve relatively simple scheduling scenarios.

On the other hand, Team Calendar questions require you to find a mutually available timeslot for all four members of a team. These questions often come with additional requirements or constraints. For instance, you may encounter scenarios where all activities from one of the calendars have been postponed by an hour, making the scheduling process more challenging. We have prepared a special scrap paper that provides empty team calendars, which allows you to remap all activities, particularly those that have undergone changes, making the process more manageable and facilitating your understanding of the scheduling dynamics.

Below please find a Personal Calendar example, very straightforward. However, you will find more examples, including both Personal Calendar and Team Calendar scenarios, from the Free Practice Test in our practice package.
