Very similar to numerical ranking questions, Logical Ranking Questions require you to use logical reasoning to rank six items or individuals: Although some ranking questions combine both numerical and logical reasonings. Let us take an example:
We could notice one difference from numerical ranking: some of the fields are empty in the logical ranking questions, so you will need to use limited given info to rank. For above example:
- We see that C is in bottom two while F is even lower than C, so we know C and F are No. 5 and 6.
- D and C are equal places from B, which means in the ranking list, it is either D_B_CF or _ _DBCF.
- We could see A is lower than B, so we have D_BACF.
- E takes the last place hence the final ranking list is: DEBACF
